    Friends who are using the PNA mod, give this a try. I deleted a train-related file inside Project New Austin 1907: NewAustinTrain.asi (By MonsieurGremlin) — which spawns the custom train configs in New Austin and adds the new fast travel points. The train spawn issue disappeared immediately.
