    Game Keeps crashing with Lennnies Trainer ?

    Mine also crashes sometimes (err_gfx_state error) with the trainer when loading into Story mode. Go into C:\Users\<youraccount>\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Settings\ Delete all of the "sga_vulkan...." files. It will generate new ones when you reload the game and it will not crash until maybe the next time. So just delete again.
