The snow covers structures and terrain while no snow will allow you to see how cochinay looks in the summer. Optional files are included. Name of mod folder and rpf name shares something in common. use Magic RPF tool to drag, drop, and replace the file. This includes the driveable cars mod that someone remodded and went viral without mentioning my name in the credits but instead said "not made by me" and posted a link that no one would bother clicking on since the mod is on his page already. Adding this will overwrite any mod you have previously installed in the tune rpf file. Check the changelogs. Tutorial: Go into your game folder for RDR and simply overwrite the .rpf files after backing them up. I am still new to the Magic RPF tool but I'd imagine a tutorial on how to use it is on this site and youtube by now.
