Did your mods work after the update? Cant get any mods to work at all here, I use freecam and Neightive trainer. Scripthook shows that they load but I cannot invoke them in game?

I am looking for ways to edit the xml files in the weather folder to enhance the color, size, frequencies of Lightning strikes, rain size and frequencies and cloud patterns, depth and speed. Is there a way to directly affect how these files behave? Im currently working with Freecam and use a trainer to set time of day, weather etc... But I cannot find a way to say change the color of the lightning, the arc of lightning, frequency etc...
