    The file is called lst.ini. Open the file with a wordpad or notepad and press control-f type in or (copy&paste) TimeCycleModifier to quickly search the term. You want to edit this "TimeCycleModifier=1.0" (just lower the number and save) Mine is located at the bottom of the texts.
