  1. Hey, man! I want to invite you to follow the discuss about this topic on the ScriptHookRDR2 V2 page [https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/1472?tab=posts&BH=3] on the last part of the first page i´m talking about all the topics about the controversial ScriptHookConfig.ini file and it´s configuration an the relation of the Lua Motor to solve all the clues for everyone. I created a ScriptHookConfig.ini file for ScriptHookRDR2 V2 https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/8322?tab=description to share with those who can´t see the native .ini file that the ScriptHookRDR2 V2 generates by itself, but with your knowledge i ask you if u want to help me refine the method and the code, and to do more deep research of this topics and to find a solution to the Rampage.asi because i think that the clue is to update the Algorythm of the Rampage.asi and merge it with the Algorythm of the Latest version of the Ultimate ASI Loader file dinput8.dll [https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader/releases]. Is the one that mix better with the ScriptHookRDR2.dll but the issue of using the Rampage.asi its because its not the same Algorythm SHA512. The configuration that you are making it´s an amazing find of the Lua Scripting engine. In the description page of the ScriptHookRDR2 V2 you can find this: Changelogs Version 2.0 Fixed Interface not working on Window resize (VULKAN & DX12) Fixed issues with Vulkan and DX12 not working for some people Fixed Keybinds not working on Window resize while running on Vulkan Fixed crash on mods reloading Fixed infinite blackscreen on save game reload Extended possible .asi mod limit from 60 to 400. (AB has 60) Added Config Added Config Editor Added Lua Scripting engine Improved performance by 10% (Average FPS boost of 10% compared to older versions and AB) So, it´s certainly a 99% that some issues are caused because of the Load on startup = true of the Lua Scripting engine if you don´t have any Lua Tools or the Lua Motor installed. Probably the unique issue of having the Load on startup = false it´s if you have one or more of this tools because some of that tools need to Load on startup = truelike the RedLua. Component Current Status Recommended Expected Impact ScriptHookRDR2 V2 Lua engine Verified: ScriptHookRDR2 V2 adds a Lua scripting engine, and the community reports that Load on startup = false disables automatic Lua loading. nexusmods+2 Consider this the main component affected by your setting. reddit+1 If you have Lua scripts that depend on V2's internal engine, they won't start automatically with false. reddit+2 RedLua Verified for RDR2: It's a Lua library for RDR2; it looks for scripts in RedLua\\Scripts\\ and loads them automatically if Autorun is enabled. nexusmods+1 reddit Treat this as a standalone system until you confirm otherwise in your installation. reddit It can have its own startup via Autorun, not necessarily controlled by ScriptHookConfig.ini. reddit LuaEngine Verified for RDR2: It's a ScriptHook mod for writing Lua mods; it uses scripts/lua/mod and reloads with F5. github Mark it as "Lua-capable," but with unconfirmed autorun in the reviewed source. github It can load Lua mods within its own stream, but I couldn't verify explicit autoload at startup. github RedHook LUA Excluded for this case: the reviewed evidence is for Red Dead Redemption PC, not Red Dead Redemption 2. rdr2mods+1 Don't mix it with your RDR2 diagnosis. rdr2mods+1 Avoid false positives when checking Lua mods. rdr2mods+1
