Hi! I know it’s been years since you posted, but if you or anyone reading this still needs help, I found a mod called 'Le Tresor Des Morts map and other special edition content' on Nexus Mods. This mod adds all the preorder bonuses you’re looking for: the War Horse (Iron Grey Ardennes) in the stables, the Le Trésor Des Morts map in the Limpany jail, items and $150 when you load a save. PS: items and money i tested it in Chapter 2 and it works, though i didn't receive the items or money at the end of Epilogue Part 2.

Yeah! I’ve been dreaming about this mod since its release. I love seeing interactions, but i hate when three or more happen at the same time, making it impossible to see or reply to all of them. I’ve been waiting for years to make my “perfect” save because of this, and it seems i’ll still be waiting for many more years or forever.
