    well thats what i think too. but my game was completely dead and thats the only thing i changed along with dynamic seasons (which should have made the game more laggy/dead if anything)

    i have mods for online content and other stuff in single player but there are still a ton of peds. before the world was so dead there were no birds and trains were empty but then i started using vestigia (250 peds version for dynamic seasons) and it changes game config to increase ped count. the game is so great now. hopefully this works for other people too and it wasnt just me that got lucky.
