    u can try the Lower Bullet Force and Shot Peds Dont Instantly Get up Full package) from this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/675 It kinda does what u want but I think only works with gunshots. Eg shooting someone will make them drop to the ground but instead of instantly getting back up to continue, it take longer

    Hi everyone, wondering if any of you know of any mods that adds visual damage like blood effects etc to the screen like Online's damage indicators whenever you are shot or have low health?
