    Mods Simply Dont Work???

    I do not understand how to download mods on rdr2, nor why it is soo damn complicated. I have watched 6 videos on this topic and did EVERYTHING I was told. LML does register the downloaded mods, but if I launch the game (steam) just nothing happens. If i press f5 nothing happens. The Mods simply dont work. Also, because I have been trying to do this like 10 times by now, I have sooo many files that I dont even know abt on my game files. Could someone explain where to put what files?? Everyone says something else and I have made over 15 Folders called "stream" "download" etc. Would the game folder be back to default if I reinstalled the game? Can someone please help me because i am so mad rn.... Thanks
