    Can someone make a script/mod that allows the player to lasso someone and hitch them to a hitching pole, like a horse, but with an NPC. Or to the wall of a jail cell?

    Idea: Make the doors to Siska Prison Lock/Unlock, and add shackles and handcuffs option in the .ini file. Allow us to open the prison wagon and put arrested people in there.
