there's an option in Settings to save toggles—I tested it and it worked...I have no idea how I missed that.

I’m not able to get my Rampage Settings to save when a quit and re-enter the game. I ensured that my user account has the correct permissions to write to the game folder but that did not fix the issue. After I turn on which features I want and hit “Save Settings” in the Rampage Settings (in-game), then quit RDR2, re-enter the game, and click “Load Settings” nothing is saved and Rampage is back to its unsaved default settings.
