Well, that's certainly a new one...
I guess the first question anyone here trying to help would be asking is if you have any other mods installed. The legal and menu screen skip shouldn't effect it at all that I'm aware of. I would suspect either the game files are corrupt and need to be verified, or mods that alter interiors cells in some way are outdated/only partially installed. You wouldn't happen to have Red Dead Offline mod installed? That's been giving some people issues with things showing up invisible sometimes as that mod is currently out of date.

I don't even know if this possible, but it would be pretty nice to have all weapons with the character in the weapon wheel like GTA V or RDR1. Idk if this could be added via applying horse inventory properties to player character, as there are animations and horse proximity to consider, but it would certainly be nice to be able to go into the woods and hunt with various weaponry without having to track down my horse or needing to bring it with me all the time, like it's attached to my hip or something...

This would be much appreciated, even it was more of a horse saving trainer that allowed us to spawn them in with full functionality instead. Sort of like a spawn that replaces the currently active horse...? Not sure how it would be implemented, but would be cool to have.

red dead offline mp female ped broken?

If you happen to have Red Dead Offline mod installed, this is a currently known bug for that mod. If you do have it, you'll have to uninstall it until the mod gets updated as it's currently out of date and causes many other issues too. I can at least vouch that the most recent Lenny's Simple Trainer and all MP female components through Outfit Changer works perfectly on the most recent version of the game, so it must be a mod conflict issue. Anything that adds in multiplayer features or changes multiplayer assets would be the cause if whatever mod in question isn't updated to the newest game version.
