    It's a bit of a process

    first buy all bowler hats

    then open your save with save wizard in advanced mode search for their hex id's

    and overwrite with the hex id's of the hats you wish to have

    repeat until you have all of them

    i would just do 10 at a time but its entirely up to you

    to make sure its the right one, each hat id you search for will have ABEADE1F immediately after it

    so the first bowler hat id would be 5B5DBE77 ABEADE1F and so on

    hope that's made it a bit easier for you
