As of right now, I don't think anyone has a way to do this.

I mean.....I don't think GTA V was that different in "structure" than rdr 2... a guy could mod the hitmarker out in such a simple way only a month or so after release : https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/disable-red-x-hitmark-without-disabling-the-crossshair 

I tried to contact him but to no success. Myabe he could figure it out in a simialr way ?

Configure browser push notifications
