How can I force peds to follow you, like bodyguards?

I'm trying to make a simple bodyguard mod and I was wondering if someone could help, I've got a base code that I made. But I'm not at all sure what Natives to use or really how to use them. Because every native in the database has no description as to what it's even for. So it's kind of difficult to choose without knowing the limitations, thanks in advance for any guidance.

Edit: If I can't force them to follow with a task then, how do I make them regroup with me?
