Lost days trying to get the quest to trigger, eventually realized that I had already done this without getting it! The blasted thing glitched on me. I am using the PS4 save editor to manually add the piece of clothing. I assume hex codes are the same.

Thanks! Worked just fine to force it on Arthur. I can save it as a custom attire for now, I'm experimenting to make sure it shows with the rest of the clothes in the wardrobe.

Does that hex code also apply to the PC version?

Not sure you may have to reverse it so

DBE1E14B becomes 4BE1E1DB

Is there a hex code for Dutchs mask?
