Hopefully there is one in the making currently or one coming out in the near future because i'm tired of all the civilians running away!

Pretty sure it's already there. It's a new one that shows up after linking with Social Club. Should be a few others, too.

Okay, I found them. The ones at the bottom are the ones I'm thinking of. The cheat I was describing is "Rise Up" which makes everyone aggressive.

Haha no problem. I got so excited for a second as I thought The PC version of the game received new rdr1 cheats but ended up dissapointed
