So i installed RPH for rdr2 and it says it cant find the bootstrapper and i asked ChatGPT and its not given in the RDRFR download file and ChatGPT says it needs it to boot?

Any one got the file or a fix for me?

im running on version 1.0.1491.50 (Latest)
