i just downloaded whyem's dlc rdoffline mod, i have dropped them in the lml folder, and in the lml mod manager it says that its active, but when i go to the barber or gunshmith or  to change clothes, theres no whyem mod anywhere
the rdr offline that came with the file mod is working but whyem is not
idk if this question has been answered before but i searched and made posts before this on discord and reddit but still no response 

any help would be much appreciated

A bit late, but for future readers:

READ THE DESCRIPTION of every mod you download. DON'T be lazy by just downloading and dropping files.

If that was the case, Jeet would have known to look for WhyEm's clothes with trappers instead of "barbers and gunsmiths", which wouldn't allowed you to have changed clothes even in the vanilla game...
