Is there any battle creator's better than SGT joes?

The main problems i have with sgt joes battle creator is that not all weapons are listed, low ped count (not too big of an issue but sometimes i just want absolute chaos, something more than 15 peds could do), and the small range between spawns i can get.

 

I already know about unlosings battecreator however he isnt going to release it because he already dissapeared, and I dont think JRM(inate) is going to release his either.

 

Im really hoping that theres more and not just his. Im kind of starting to loose hope because all the other battle creator devs has kind of just went radio silent on the mod.
