Is there a native function that is like IS_PED_IN_CAMP or something like that?

I'm trying to figure out when the player is within borders of camps or other places where his move speed is limited. Is there a native function that is like IS_PED_IN_CAMP or something like that?

I'm developing a mod for custom walking/running speed and what would be even better is if there is way to know when the player's speed is limited. For example, in camp you can't go past fast walking. When you are carrying a body, you can't sprint. Those are the kinds of limits that I would like to have access to. Is there anything in the native functions that can be of use to me?

I'm aware of GET_PED_DESIRED_MOVE_BLEND_RATIO but I can't achieve everything with it, so I'm wondering if there is anything else
