Hi, I've been trying to mod RD2, I've downloaded the RD2 Scripthook and transferred them to the gamefiles.

 

However, my issue comes when I try to download LML, I can copy the files from the 'Modloader' folder to game files but I cannot open the 'Modmanager.UI.exe' file (the actual LML application) has anyone else experienced this or can anyone help with this? I either get the following error or the next one.

I've tried to extract and then open but still get the same issue
