Need help finding a mod that's screwing up my game

I have only a few mods here is the list active;

Trelawny's Marvelous concoctions

x64 legal menu skip

3.2.0 hang anywhere

Herbalist

Huntsman

Realistic loadouts

Grip Carvings

Gun Metal rework

RDO

All Items menu

Lenny's Simple Trainer

The clothes mode as well.

I use Lenny's Mod Loader

Searching on the net says that Native Trainer also uses the F5 command.  

My problem is as of now I cannot clear my inventory, if I sell something it still stays the same number.  I know I accidently hit Fix Player but as far as I can see there is no way to undo this.

Which files can I get rid of to not mess with Lenny's Simple trainer or the clothes mod.  I just want to get rid of the other mod and cannot for the life of me remember where it came from here or Nexus.

I know it is pretty vague, I can give you exact information, I just don't know what you need and too much text and people won't read this.
