Sorry if this has already been discussed, by I reckon this game would be much more fun if you had the option to forgo the drawn out animations for things like looting bodies, feeding your horse, picking up small carcasses and putting them in your satchel (for fug's sake, he just stops and looks at it ever friggin' time!), skinning carcasses, cooking and crafting, picking up and putting down bodies, et cetera, et cetera. 

 

On the online, they've already done this with looting. Your player just scoops a hand down at the corpse and presto! You've picked up all the loot.

 

Don't get me wrong, the attention to detail in this game is phenomenal and the realistic animations are part of that. But what would be even more realistic would be if your character took shortcuts as the game goes on and repetitive actions become old hat.
