There's many scripts that I removed, such as snow mod, ped damage, and rampage trainer. However when I installed lenny trainer and outfit changer, those scripts is reinstalled for some reason. They're gone when I uninstall lst and outfit changer but they always return whenever I installed them

 

As of now, I have 4 different version of rampage trainer installed, and a permanent snow, neither can be removed

 

How do I delete them?

    I put my unused mod in a mod folder within the game directory so it might be what caused this, I'll check this later
