i want to download script hook rdr2 in nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/56 but it says adult content and i want to know how to download it without it saying its adult content and how to turn it on in my preferences so i can get script hook. If anyone has the answer how to please tell me, thanks. (Sorry for my english its not my native language)

Is there a way to unpack the textures, edit them, then archive them back up? My aim is to combat RDR2s large storage footprint by shrinking the file size of textures since I don't play the game over 1080p. I want to access the texture files, as in the individual texture images, then run a Photoshop macro to open them, shrink them by a percentage (for example 50%) save them then pack them back up into the original game archive file. Is this possible

You could actvate deadeye and mark targets in slomotion then click to draw your gun and shoot all the targets in real time.

Take a walk through Tall Trees with the RDR1 West Elizabeth ambient music, or Great Plains. This mod could also make the ambient music trigger in towns and cities regardless of other noises present. New Austin ambient music, possibly even Neuvo Paraiso ambient music.

Hello, I recently installed the 'needs' mod for RDR2 and some interactions like sitting at a fire, or taking a drink of water, or sleeping, make my game go from 80-90fps down to around 24fps. I uninstalled the mod and the issue disappeared. Is there some file or change I need to make to fix this? Thank you.

I would love it if the invisible barrier that keeps your horse from entering the barns were removed. A perfect example is Chez Porter. After the mission it sits empty and the barn doors open but horse can not enter. I want to get my horse out of the weather too. And I noticed others as well. Thanks

I was wondering if anybody knew how to make NPCs talk. I have been searching the game files with OpenIV and have found some speech samples I would like to use, but have no idea how. Under "x64\audio\sfx" there are multiple PED_XX.rpf files which hold awc files (for each NPC type like "white townfolk", there is a file) which again hold a lot of speech files. Those speech files have the same hashes/names throughout the different NPC types, so there must be a generic option of calling them (like the PLAY_PAIN - which automatically plays the pain sound fitting the NPC). Does anybody know which natives to use and how to use them to get NPCs to speak (like saying…

think anyone could make a moonshining mod?? Ideas: You can set up your still in the woods like you would set up a campsite. make moonshine and create your own mash with the plants that you pick. once finished you can sell it to sellers behind the laws back... idk just an idea that seems fun for someone to make I would enjoy it a lot.

Other games use a mods tree structure to avoid this contamination. I do have a copy of the pristine RDR structure as downloaded from Rockstar, so its a delete ,copy, paste for me to quickly restore the game’s integrity.

So I found a lot of cool mods on Nexus (Dynamic Seasons, companion mod, Bank Robbers, Crime and Law Rebalance, Mavric weapons, etc) and I have no idea how to install them. I've never modded rdr2 before and the only mods that gave kinda worked are Why Elms DLC and More pretty gun (also rampage trainer). I really want mods like dynamic seasons but I don't know much about files and things like that so I don't know what to do. when i delete vfs.asi my game works fine the moment i reinstall it in my game directory the game just doesnt run any fix? i need it for modded guns i am using 1.0.1436.28 version with lml 11 beta any help would be appreciated (it has worked fine a year before but i dont know whats wrong now)

Hey there, after downloading a Wheym's DLC and their Red Dead Offline patch with Lenny's Simple Trainer, I've had an issue where entering the trapper, barber, and tailor would instantly close my game. No error messages or crash logs. I tried uninstalling both mods and updating my Version.dll (I saw on reddit that it has been causing crashes) but nothing seems to be working. I have also noticed now that it also crashes whenever I go to progress or player in the pause menu. The main problems i have with sgt joes battle creator is that not all weapons are listed, low ped count (not too big of an issue but sometimes i just want absolute chaos, something more than 15 peds could do), and the small range between spawns i can get. I already know about unlosings battecreator however he isnt going to release it because he already dissapeared, and I dont think JRM(inate) is going to release his either. Im really hoping that theres more and not just his. Im kind of starting to loose hope because all the other battle creator devs has kind of just went radio silent on the mod.

In Red Dead there's train robbery mechanics, but it is very boring in my opinion, needing to get a ticket on the train station to start a robbery more easily, and lets be honest guys, thats the only possibility to make a train robbery, unless you gonna have to find a train to rob, which can be very complicated sometimes and takes a lot of time. Hello all you talented modders. A small request. I noticed that horses can't take shelter out of the weather. A perfect exampl is Chez Porter. Nice barn but horse can't enter do to some type of invisible barrier. Even in areas where the horses can fit under. I mean Arthur loves his horse and would like to keep him healthy too. I assume the default gameconfig for RDR2 has very limited memory for mods. I had a few crashes in the middle of a playthrough caused by the lack of game memory. Even with a carefully tailored graphic setting; even on a high-end gaming PC, RDR2 seems to be somewhat unstable with mods due to the limited allowance on game memory.
