    Outfit 6 is the Legendary Cougar.

    Outfit 3 is 'Stripey' from 'He's British, of Course'.

    Outfits 2 and 4 both resemble the white cougar from 'Money Lending and Other Sins'.

    For some reason, the cougar is not showing up in the spawn peds menu list for me, anyone have any suggestions as to why? It's definitely in the .lst file.

    I had the same problem, I got it working with A_C_Cougar_01 instead of A_C_Cougar_03. The URL of this page also ends with 01 and the old list has also 01 instead of 03, maybe this will help you too.
