    nvm, I fixed it. Make sure to delete all mods by WhyEm, specially the folder named "ShopListReplace". All of his retextures are available in his pack WhyEm's Assortment, and that one has a compatibility mode with Red Dead Offline, so only use that one.

    Yo', I have the same problem. I think that it may have to do with the mod being made for an older version of the game. The description says "1355" and the game is currently at "1436.26". So I don't think there's any fix until they update it. I may be wrong thou.
