    I have that issue only while having Lenny's trainer installed.. 😕, after deleting it game is running smooth in towns etc, so thats why I'm looking for solution

    I've got a problem with stuttering in towns, what I mean is when going to the town for example valentine, game drops to 9-11 fps, and stays like that until leaving the town. Any idea? Video: https://streamable.com/jdvz54
