    The knife sticking out has something to do with not having a primary holster equipped. Unfortuntely, they double up when wearing the Online holsters, so you'll have to deal with either the knife stick out or having two primary holsters on. At least for now. Also, the secondary holsters only start working after you've unlocked it from Micah. I'm not sure if the Online secondaries work or not, though, haven't been able to test it. Just unequip the secondary holster until you unlock it organically. I've heard the WhyEm's DLC mod corrects both of these issues, but I also haven't been able to test that yet, as it's a big file that takes a long time to download off of Nexus without their premium sub.
