honestly nevermind im done trying this and re installing so yeah thanks for all of your help but i might be better without the mods

ok so i opened the uhhh LmL folder in the game directory and theirs 2 things a mod Page And Downloads folder I have W.E.R.O installed and theirs one in the downloads folder, and one in the LML folder which do i keep

So I own the steam version of rdr2. and I've tried this more than once by re-installing it. watching the video carefully and all that jazz you know? but this stuff will not register RDR2 In simpler words, even if I launch the game since LML doesn't register the game turned on the mods don't work.
