    water preformance drop

    ok i have had a big issue on rdr2 where when i get near water my preformance drops significantly from 60 to around 20 but only when im near or in water and i have tried playing in vinilla rdr2 and i have my water settings INCLUEDING WATER PHYSICS at low or the lowest it can go and it still has done nothing to help the drop in preformance but i did relize that when im near water it does drop 40 fps but when i go in picture mod it goes back to 60 but when i go out of picture mode it drops back down all of my settings are at low so it might be that its droping becouse it moving or rendering in water if theres a mod or tweak i could try to make the water stop moving it would be apricieted
