    I have this exact same issue. It only happens when I install LML. After installing LML, it doesn't matter if I remove all of the LML files, I still get the unplayable stuttering no matter what. I don't like the vanilla game, I really need mods to enjoy it to the fullest. I'm running off of an M2 drive, with a 4070ti and an i7 12700KF. I can run the game max settings no problem normally.
