    Using this mod prevents recipe pamphlets from spawning in lockboxes on a vanilla chapter 2 save file. I'm using the latest ScriptHook + dinput8.dll + Online Content Unlocker. With RDO enabled I can't collect any pamphlets. After disabling RDO in LML and restarting the game pamphlets spawn correctly.
