    All right. I need help with this. I'm pretty new to modding this game, but modded others before. I can't get mods that require this to show up in the manager or work. I followed directions for the mod I tried with it, but it isn't listed or functioning in the game. I even put files in the main root folder and the Steam folder and nothing. I am very confused.
