    To those who had installed Red Dead Offline, and the items aren't in the catalogue such as weapons, clothing, etc. Make sure you don't have any mods that conflict with the catalog_sp.ymt file as stated. My issue was that I had JMRP installed alongside RDO, and JMRP catalog_sp.ymt had conflicted with RDO, therefore, I removed the file from the JMRP, and it works just fine now. Went over to Saint Denis's gunsmith and the weapons were all locked, but I just spawned it in with Rampage Trainer, and everything works fine now.
