    you were being very condescending. i have talked with charcoalriver and went through video with them, and they did everything correct. i also did it by the video, and the used other guides, and it did no work. 10 works. if other user are finding it works, your words were wrong, and you should consider not every update work for everyone. good day. -Hen

    Hey friends! I had this problem too trying to update. I ended up just using Update 10, and not 10_1 and it worked like a treat! CharcoalRiver I am sorry other person could not help. I did not find that helpful as I had always installed it correctly and they were condescending. You did your best, so I help this works 🙂 -Hen
