I think it's a bug, I'm not sure. When I want to arrest someone it plays the animation that I'm arresting him but I end up on the ground arrested myself and the only option is to just give up. Is it a bug so you can't arrest anyone?

    I've replaced my version.dll and now I can't arrest someone because when I click on arrest, I get out my rope and the bandit escapes. My character is slowly following the bandit when he leaves and this goes on forever. I can't shoot, can't aim, can't control my character. Do you maybe know what it could be now?
