This is a system that I was thinking for a while now, so basically you start of as a deputy and then when you get more  arrests and such you get promoted to the next rank (corporal) and so on, it would be cool if possible.

    So it might be worth noting that Law enforcement, particuarly in small towns at this time period wouldn't have ranks. You would have had "Deputies" and the Sheriff

    maybe just in saint denis or something?
