By default in modern Rockstar Games the "Look Back" Key is pressing down on the right analog stick.

Please shorten the length of the rope. It's too long and NPCs keep tripping and glitching because of the length.

Also is there any possible chance you can make this mod so NPC cant cut themselves free once they get lassoed, so once you throw the lasso it stays that way

I don't think that such thing is possible with the knowledge we have today, but I'll give it a try.

Bro ive tried using this but your directions are super un clear and not helpful. Not trying to be rude the mod is cool but just need to be explained how to use better. Like I stood under a tree and bridge and pressed V to hang and nothing would happen but change my camera. Also how do you detach the rope from the ground?

Not everyspot can be detected by the mod, but wait for the Hang prompt. I would recommend you to try it under a bridge for the first time to understand how it works.

And you can also you the towns' gallows.

You should carry a living hogtied human ped and approach the gallows. The Hang prompt should be replaced with the Tie Noose. 
Gallows has capacity of 1-4 peds at once, and if you have noosed a ped and it got away (like if the rope was shot or something), you have to push and pull the lever back in order to reset it. 

Gallows never show the prompt for me. Other wise excellent.

What were you trying to do exactly?

Were you carrying a ped? Were you close to one of the trapdoors? 
Try to just approach the lever and see if you get a “Push Lever” prompt. If no so maybe you haven’t installed the new version. If yes then please add a screenshot.

If you change your player model I noticed the prompts don't come up anymore.

Attach to ground works fine but when you try a tree or the gallows it comes up with the prompt but when you press it it acts like its going to work with the loading screen but the rope doesn't show and nothing happens. Reloaded a game where I didn't change the model and it worked fine but when i changed it again the same problem.

I have something to report: for me if I try to hang NPCs, they will get agitated and try to punch me (their fists glitching from their back to Arthurs face^^). So when on a gallow, for example, they wont stay on the trap door most of the time.

Is this the usual behavior or does it have something to do with other mods I am using? (just checking before I investigate further)

I know about this issue when you just attach a ped to the ground, but peds should not attack you when they are noosed to the gallows.

Actually they should ignore everything any just stand there.

Make sure that you use the "Tie Noose" option and not the regular "Hang" prompt.

I will investigate this issue, and please let me know if it happens to you every time or just sometimes.

Havent played since my last post, but back then it happened everywhere (gallows, trees, bridges, etc.).

How do you detach a hogtied person from the ground couldn't find out how.

you can just shoot the rope

Bug report: I was in tall trees, getting attacked by skinner brothers. Took one of them and didnt find a horizontal branch, so I tried to just attach him to a tree (about 4 metres high, I aimed at the tree and the hanging option appeared). The player character approached the tree, the screen faded black, then the mod crashed and I got an infinite loading screen.

I suppose it has something to do with the chosen spot being on a vertical surface.

does this interfere with rdr2trainer?
