By default this mod will make all NPCs half size but you can customise the included ini file if you would like to make Author massive or all the NPCs if you would like to.

    If this isn't working for you, go into the MiniNPCs.ini file and change it to only read Enabled=true. The commented out code wasn't registering properly and causing it to not load on launch. Only change that line. Nothing else is causing issues.

    Weird, I've never had that issue when I was testing.

     

    Edit: I'm wondering if the encoding settings that you are saving the file as is breaking something? Since I've only ever tested it with UTF-8 encoding.

     

    Edit2: Okay I think I was having the same issue as well when I tested it again, just uploaded a hotfix update that fixes that small issue.
